In honor of their 37th anniversary, yesterday, mom and dad (aka Paul and Sharon) have the Friday Fav. spot for the week. You want to hear something cute/cool? They ended up at Chick-fil-A for their anniversary. Now before you go judgin' on someone not planning well , here's the story..

They had plans for another restaurant downtown, but their Groupon didn't activate in time. So... they ended up munchin' on chicken sandwiches instead. It couldn't have been planned any better or had any better timing.. My parents have been married for 37 years in a marriage founded on how  God intended a marriage to be, a husband and a wife. Their anniversary was symbolic and timely considering all the uproar over the president of Chick-fil-A simply standing firm in his biblical views on marriage and not what the world says. I don't want to get into it here, but their anniversary dinner was just right for such a time as this.
